Predator Rotating Assembly ?

i have not messed with these engines much . but i have a friend who does . he's not a member here . but he wants to know if my Lunati Briggs crank will work in his predator , other question is . will my ARC flywheel for a briggs flatty need retapered for a predator crank , or is it bolt on ? thanks fellas .

Flatty crank won't fit a predator.
As far as the crank no not a drop in.
Not really feasible though any things possible.
Have to call arc, the adjustable flywheels have hubs that can be changed.. the flatty diameter is likely different.

If your flywheel doesn't have the steel hub that can be changed, you can have the taper machined to match the predator crank...you will need to take the crank and flywheel both to a machine shop and let them do it Mike. Guys use the flathead crank in animals and change the cam gear and crank bearings....so I believe it would be possible to make it work in a predator block although it may require alot more machine work to the block than it would be worth when you can just buy a predator stroker kit from NR racing for the predator that will drop in

Do we know if the Bore of the crank gear and diameter of the crank mounting journal are the same?
