Depends a lot on how you set your carb up.
I'd be much richer on the needle with the clip on the 3rd or 4th notch. Float height I'd leave a bit on the lean side @ .880.
RPM depends on the track and how much rpm drop you see in the corners, but I'd think 4900 would be alright. Keep pulling two teeth off the rear gear until your lap times go the wrong way. These engines (especially with the long slides) on ovals are all about momentum.
