qrc???

From the pics I've seen, it resembles a "box stock" QRC Chassis. I won't make any guarantees. I've only seen them in pics, so surely someone can elaborate.
 
Except the bar in front of the steering wheel.

And the bar connecting both rear cage rails is straight and has nothing coming off it, like the qrc box stock cage.
 
looks like a phantom stalker with a cage

on the inside of the drivers side cassette mount should be a number
 
I think you are right tre that's a homemade cage too I've seen a lot of cages and it doesn't look like any of the "professional" ones I've seen done
