Rear Hub connection

Hi,

I need help understanding how rear hubs are connected to axle.
I just picked this up the kart and trying understand how it works.

It seems I'm maybe missing collars to secure outside of wheel hubs to end where C-Clip is.
I don't see bolts on hubs.??

Clue me in...

The hubs have bolts thru them to hold them on tightly. The hubs has a keyway, as does the axle.
Put the keyway in place on the axle, slide the hub in place and tighten the bolt in the hub.

DAP hubs only used 1 bolt into hub for ea. threaded hole, no nuts needed.

I can see a split opposite the keyway.
Should be a bolt there to draw it up.
Need to see hub off wheel.

Ok got hub off, I see Allen bolt.
How am I supposed to tighten it. It's real close to rim.

Damn, I feel so dumb. I realized that as soon as I got back to garage.
