Is this built into the coil or is this wiring for the ignition side of the coil also does the year of the engine make any difference
 
If you're talking exclusively the LO206 engines, it's as Gary says -- built in the coil.
Keep in mind that folks can easily change ignition, coils, flywheels, etc. The older 206cc intek and animal engines have standard coils and a different flywheel. They were never used in the sealed spec LO206 engines from the factory however.
