Right front spindle location

On chassis's that have two RF spindle locations forward and back. Where do most run it?

And why?

Foreward to lead the chassis without moving the rear axle, thus keeping the Chain/Sprockets square, because a 4 wheel vehicle has a natural tendency to drift towards the side with the shortest wheelbase. From Bear wheel alignment instructions.

Run it forward SJG, unless your on a very small track or on a small concrete oval.
Moving it back moves it closer to CVG so it will load quicker, but it will also unload quicker which can and will cause an exit problem on most tracks

what kind of exit problem?

Further the tire is from the CG the less weight it have on it. Under most situations this means less bite on that tire. Beyond this there is no real best; it's mostly about what works best with the rest of your setup and tire program.

In my experience, moving the RF spindle forward allowed me to run 2 to 3% more cross which seems to work on harder tracks.
