What rpm do u guys gear for on a restricted slide? Running a red slide and a tenth Mile. Currently running 13/62. But the problem is his kart gets really fast about halfway down the straight away. So he makes late passes into the corner. Instead of coming out of the corner. Running about 52-5400.

If you add one tooth to the axle and pick up 91 RPM on the top, you'll be going the same speed. This should help you out of the corners.
 
Jr 1's I am helping are banging the chip entering the corner. On our short track, first 20 feet off the corner are way more important than last 20 feet. JMO

I also noticed Jr 2 winner banging chip even further back up the straight.
