Here's my ritual in painful detail:
Put the kart on the scale with proper tire pressure, stagger, wheel spacing, fuel level, steering wheel locked, left rear adj cassette set at flush on top (if you run one), driver in kart applying gentle pressure turning steering wheel against lock pin to one side(same side every tine)
right side:
adjust toe
adjust caster
adjust toe again
adjust camber
adjust toe again.
repeat on left side
Then make sure total weight is good and left and front %'s are where you want them.
If you change front tires or wheel spacing redo the camber- caster-toe.
Adjust cross (I do it with the front adjustment, leaving the rear cassette in the flush position)
Go race and win!
