Are you meaning valve and ring seal - or sealed as is "crate engine seals?"
In tech, we typically paint the bolts - that stops the majority of tampering during race day. You can also safety wire and lead seal one sidecover bolt and run another from one head bolt to one intake bolt. On the ohv engines you'll need to wire one of the valve cover bolts as well.

Commendable - but will mean absolutely nothing to your local tech guy.
Just because someone else techs your engine and seals it, doesn't mean that it is exempt from being teched at your track.
Think of tech as an honor - that you are so fast that others believe you are cheating. When you pass tech they will have to accept that you beat them fair and square.
