Hi,
I am wondering if I could please get some advice. I have 2 boys that race at Ipswich dirt karts (Dirt Circuit track), unfortunately I have 2 boys racing and can’t afford a dedicated dirt chassis, so the boys run bitumen karts both about 8 year old karts.
I am wondering what the affect would be if I run the seat higher than level with chassis rail. Up to 35mm high from top of chassis rail.
My youngest boy
141 cm, 29kg
Redspeed cadet kart
Medium 30mm axle 980mm long
Thin floor pan
Neutral castor
1mm neg camber
15mm spacers inside front wheels
Short rear hubs, we run flush to 30mm in on the axle
Rear wet rims with bridgestone white tyres
My Oldest boy
162cm, 39kg
Exprit Junior kart
Medium 40mm axle 980mm long
Thin floor pan
Neutral castor
1mm neg camber
15mm spacers inside front wheels
Short rear hubs, we run flush to 30mm in on the axle
Rear wet rims with bridgestone white tyres
