Anyone know what year this chassis is? Trying to help with scaling and tow for young lady getting started. Any recommendations on scale percentages?

Serial number should be on the LR bearing hanger.

56 % left, 46 % nose, 58 % to 59 % cross, -2.5 RF camber, .25 LF camber

I'd strongly suggest trying to do something a bit different with the seat mounting. I know with Jr's it can be hard to get them low but that homemade bracket is not the best thing to use.

Yes sir. I’ve only seen the pictures. Young ladies granddad sent. Said she’s not comfortable laid back just yet. We’re going to try to do something to move the weight down and keep her comfortable.

This looks like a 2005 Shadow Hurricane. I own one and its identical to the picture you provided. The production date should be on the rear cassette.
