Soapy tires...

If you rough it up a bit windshield urethane works great. Just use primerless urethane. It’s bonds to rubber really well.

The one we had leaking I just smeared some urethane over the area and allowed it to cure fully before mounting it back up

mentioned urethane, it dont need ruffed up, but cleaned well
