The banked 1/8th mile asphalt track, Coulee Raceway - West Salem, WI - opened up on Good Friday. Not a lot of people there on the Holiday weekend, but least to say when you get to go out on a track, it was a "Good" Friday night.
It was a slick green track, and after I smoked the right rear Burris 55 tire going around a couple of times, I got things tightened up a little bit. My 67 year old dad, found his youth and went out and ran a number of practice sessions with me.

Its amazing even on a small track like this how the draft is noticeable, running his kart by myself I was not hitting the rev limiter, once I caught him in his draft, I started just touching the rev limiter at the end of the straight.
