Tank leaks

Has anyone ever used red kote sealer to fix small leaks and seal tanks?or is there any other options.

Tig weld. That's the only sure way I've found.
There are lots of magic elixirs out there that promise to repair leaking fuel tanks - some do better than others, but I've yet to find one that is worth the money.
You need to be careful with anything that goes inside of the tank as well -- since it will likely fail a fuel test after using the product.
