ITS BACK !!!! Feb 21st 2015 9:30am - 3:00pm the BIG EAST RACERS EXPO in CARLISLE PA !!!

Website should be updated in the next week with show info as well as registration forms etc... keep checking back for updates.

Vendors SIGN UP NOW... to get best locations, and most bang for your buck with the advertising we do for our vendors.

Ditto - We'll be at the Motorama all weekend as well. Always go to the AKRA Tech seminar. Guess not this year.
 
WE understand..
Our situation is we have to secure the date within 90 days after the past show or stand a chance of losing it.. Not anything we can just juggle around at the last minute..
WE did not knowingly drop a date on top of anything locally on purpose..
WE have always been the 3rd Saturday in February.. Matter fact I (Dover Power) have 4 straight weeks of shows during that time of the year...
Call ins and emails have already been brisk for a show that's still 2+ months away..

Upside to this is the people that would normally come to our show OR come WATCH the races at Motorama can do both now.. Not many want to sit their all day watching practice.. So maybe it won't be so bad after all :)
 
We are having a conference call Monday to talk about possible changes..
The Expo's schedule is still last years so we can't see if there's any other open dates and then if they will work with us on this..

Maybe if nothing else we can slide the clock back to a earlier opening time.. Yeah a band aid but we will talk about it..

AS said though.. from the start 5 years ago we have been on the 3rd Saturday of Febuary
 
ok guys had a call with the expo center....the show has to remain Feb 21st but we have decided to open earlier to accommidate our customers as best we can. Show will begin between 8:00-8:30 keep checking back for updates.

another question for YOU the racer... What seminars do you want to see ?? We have the AKRA Certification coming back but want to give YOU a chance to tell us what else you want instead of offer the same old seminars ! Ideas guys keep them coming we want YOUR input !
 
WE are in search of a company or person that's very knowledgeable on general chassis set up.. We would like for them to have a sample kart and scale set up to explain general kart dynamics for the beginners and or anyone wanting to expand their knowledge of kart set up..

What would the time frame be for such a seminar? Not the time of day but how long would be given to the instructor for the event?
 
The minute Tim started this thread emails began.. Very surprising and most thankful..

Tidbit of info for you guys..
Our first year we were calling people almost begging them to come.. The 1st show went off fantastic with approx. 400 people coming through and as remembered we were 75% full of sellers..

Now we have people telling us to write their names down for the following year before they leave the show that day.. Last year we just about did 1000 through the door and our Auction at the end of the swap meet grossed approx. $5000..

We will hold your present spots as used before UNTIL Jan 10th.. After that we are forced to take any new comers and fill the grid the best we can..

Remember you need to Contact Tim Stoudt for your spots.. via email,, PM on here or call.. He will forward you the entry form..
All spots are bigger than the usual spots at most swap meets.. Ours are 10'x12'... FIRST CLASS clean,,warm building.. Electric available at a extra charge in your boot.. And much much more..
