timing set up

hey guys,
I have purchased a quality adjustable flywheel. what would be the best way to set it up?
this is a flat head unrestricted, 20 over, 7x cam, aaa carb, alchol, 400 degrees, 6800 rpm.
short track.

id go with Carlson I pulled a fly wheel off a engine before and I didn't know what I was doing and I degreed it at 35 and it poped a little and didn't run right but when I moved it to 30 the proper timing for my sons divson it ran pretty good.
