Tire shrinking

A buddy and I bought some good used 33's, and we're having a problem keeping the tires to the size we need.
We want the tire to be 34", but after a few days they go down to 33 3/4 to 33 7/8".
We've put high air pressure in them and let them sit for a few days, and we've also grew them in a hotbox.
They still go back down. The only way they stay where we want them is keep a good bit of air pressure in them.

What can we do to stop this, or some Burris just this way?

high air, heat, and time...
That's the fix. Some will keep crawling back to the size that they were originally mounted at (or stored at for a length of time.)
It could be that you are not getting them hot enough when attempting to stretch the tires.
One thing that helps is to pull the hot tire that you are stretching out of the heat and dunk it directly in some ice cold water (this shocks the tire and helps it retain the size better.)
