tires to soft

You mean at the track? Not really much you can do other than jack up the air pressure and increase the air pressure split. If you usually have a 1lb split from left to right tires, try a 1 1/2 or 2lb split to keep the chassis free'd up. But the best choice will always be harder tires if given the option, the right tires for track conditions will always be faster than tires that are too soft!

If you have extra sets and can afford to leave the soft tires alone, the duro will creep up.
At the track, I don't think there's much you can do.

You can wipe them with some gasoline. It helps take whatever prep you have in them out. The downside is that you lose some of the bite the tire had. It will usually raise the duro reading a few points as long as you can allow sufficient drying time. Make sure they stay in the sun as long as possible.
