Vent tube to crank case

I have noticed some Animal and WF motors with a tube that connects the valve cover and the oil fill port on the front of the motors... Why?....What purpose does it serve? Thanks in advance Dave

Do you believe that the breather bypass tube is a plus for a stock world formula motor?..... I am having oil lubrication problems with my piston rods and crank. I am wondering if this will help keep these parts properly lubricated if the oil splash finger my rod end cap cant keep up.

after reading your other thread, I think you got bigger issues going on, call jimbo at faster motors.

No it will not help the crankcase issues. It will however help lubricate the top end. I have not had to replace a valve guide on any W/F engines I have installed the breather on.
