Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
 
When one of the quality control people with OCD I work with gets angry, I ask him if he locked his house front door or turned off the stove. LOL :D

what sets them off is what they think is true. Tell a person he's dumb, and if he thinks he's dumb, he might get upset, but if he's smart, and knows he's smart, he's just going to wonder what your problem is. People only react to insults when they think they are true.
