Hey guys, I am being told that this is a 2005 Top Kart chassis??? It looks like an offset chassis to me and did not think that Top Kart made an offset chassis?? Does anyone know what this is??? Thanks have a chance to buy but need to know what it is??

Looks a little like a ak47? By Olson . The adjuster on the right don't fit that though.
I'd say not a tony kart.
Gonna need more help.
