What to use?

What are you all using to resurface a tire? And how do you get that real dark black finish?

Turn the axle around 300-350 rpm. I use a belt sander, multiple grits for a plateau finish with cross hatch pattern. Spray with Windex non-ammoniated while finishing.

Real dark finish? They're tires, what colors are you seeing?
