What's the best way to prevent dust entering helmet?

I'm look at some of these helmet skirts and head socks I see online. When I was racing karts on dirt I did not use either of these items. Now that my daughter is planning on racing this year I've been considering buying something to help reduce the amount of dust and dirt that enters the helmet... are either of these actually effective in preventing dust and dirt from entering the helmet?

I am a dealer for Bell helmets

Bell makes a chin cover seal, that blocks dirt from entering from the underside of the helmet

It's often called a helmet skirt. No really!

I taped a bandana around the bottom of my helmet and tucked it in my jacket, worked great.

It would be a lot easier and enjoyable to just race where they know how to prepare the track, and you don't get the dust.

I just wear motorcycle glasses, tinted or clear that have the foam around the lenses.
