Yamaha TT-R125 - Good kart motor?

I posted this on the 2 cycle portion by mistake, looking at a 2010 TT-R125 for a spare uas motor, suppose to be a torque 4 stroke, but only shows a hp rating of 7-11hp, really, out of a 125??? I'm thinking it is useless as a kart motor, unless someone knows otherwise?

have to remember a 2 stroke needs about 1/2 the cc that a 4 stroke does. that's why 450's replaced the 250 motocross class and the current 250 class is the old 125 2 strokes. a 125 4 stroke is what's on most the offroad fun karts you see at the farm store.
