Clone carb adjustment

How many turns open do some of you have on your low speed jet? Just wondering. Mine is a touch over two turns out.

mine are 1 1/2 to 2 out normally.

We run nothing but Jerry Dover carbs and according to him, once he's done with the carb this screw is pointless and controls nothing. I have checked though and mine are usually 2-3 turns out.

Maybe thats the problem .....
(Which is quite odd Because if theres a screw I ussualy Turn it .)

Low speed is a jet located under the screw to adjust your idle , air bleed screw ( I believe thats what its called ) is the screw located close to the base of the carb , which I have been told 2 to 3 turns , but may depend on if those holes have been manipulated or not . The old rules I thought stated you couldn't remove the welch plug and work those 4 holes , but my understanding is that you can now , and have a no go gauge for them .

Ok I know I’m gonna get slammed for this but again on the dyno 3 1/2 out seems to be the sweet spot on most
