The kart in the picture is a Phenom. Look on the frame rail anear the left rear cassette hanger for a little silver plate and it will tell you the year, it will be on the tire side.

Does a Dover carb that is aaa usually have that etched on it with a smily face?

All my Dover carbs have G Force engraved on the back of the carb. A few have the yr across the body also. I have a pile of cracked/broken carbs didn't see AAA on any of them or on the 1 we are still using.

Not sure how old your carbs are, last one I bought new was in 09
