Political Correctness?

I didn't see that. still don't know why the mic would be open to therest of the world.
DW did talk about the extra camber on the LR but Jimmy had LF trouble.

Ray, I saw the in-car camera on Hornish Jr. as he was getting set in his car, talking to his crew. I think they should not have turned on that camera....oh well..

So by the standards of most of you "ANYTIME" you hear the National Anthem you must stop remain silent..................TV basketball game what ever, I see allot of judges on these forums............................and so few movers and shakers

The sad thing is most can't see the other side of the coin............crawl out from your under rocks and live in the world today not the past.

Why so abrasive to the fellow man............................because they made it and you have not? were just humans like you.............I grew up broke

What is this?

If I don't have time to stop and pay respect to our nation's anthem and the people who fought and died to keep me free and able to enjoy my blessings (like racing) then I really don't have time to race. To me, it's a simple matter of respect. Few songs can move me like the Star Spangled Banner or Taps.

This should clear things up.

Tough to mix two great subjects into one thread, but we can do it on here. ... :)

Is this about tires or flag waving ? ... :)

The tire problem is something I'm sure will be addressed. There are circumstances which make folks sometimes over look their patriotic duty. I don't think it's fare to throw circumstances at someone's momentary lack of judgement. And as far as doing something, at one time I had ... I think 12 tracks in my area asking fans to put their hand over their heart during the National Anthem. Mercer Speedway was the first to ask it before the National Anthem and is the only one left doing it. The ONLY track in my area I asked and never asked fans to put their hand over their heart, was the World Racing Group owned, Lernerville Speedway.
