For those who do not know. The Port Royal River Bridge is closed. For those traveling to the race via 322, please follow this route.
 
Running order:

Warm Ups: 12 minute sessions. You may enter and exit the racetrack as you please. Adjustments may be made to accommodate large kart counts. You may see this change in the next couple weeks as pre-entries come in.

Group 2: Rookie Champ and Pre Rookie Champ
Group 3: Jr. and Sr. Champ and Winged Outlaw

We would like to run Junior Champ and Senior Champ, saw you are looking for only one age group. Let us know if you change this...PM if easier.

I apologize but Pro Junior Flat was listed twice and Pro Junior Champ was not an option. This is corrected now. If you signed in for Junior Flat but wanted in Junior Champ please contact me and I can correct it.

You can run either Jr. Champ or Sr. Champ. You cannot sign in for both.
 
Pre-Registration will remain open until August 31st. I am going to post what I have so far. Reach out if something is incorrect. I will give an update next Friday.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

After meeting with the fair board below is the updated parking. We will be using the paved pit area. If you look at the map below, you will park in the orange highlighted area when you show up. At the conclusion of the Sprint Car Race, you can stay, or you can move to the paved area of the pits. For a warning. The orange parking area is very coarse stone.

ORANGE. Is where you park when you show up.
There is no longer a barn here
PURPLE. Is where sign in will be located.
GREEN. Is Sponsor and Parts parking ONLY
At the conclusion of the sprint car race, you may park anywhere in the pits.

SIGN IN 12:00 TO 3:00
I am closing registration well before the end of the Sprint Race. This way we can go racing as soon as the sprint car race is over and we get trailers moved.

For anyone wondering what to do with all this time between. This is a fair. Enjoy the food and vendors, take the kids to ride rides, watch the Sprint Car Race, etc.
