It would be interesting to read an actual "behavioral clause" just to see what is considered "misbehavior" by NFL in this case. Seems odd that said clause can trump laws on the books that affect all citizens giving the owner of the clause leeway in enforcing/enacting/reporting criminal acts of "misbehavior". Looks like somehow they are now "judge,jury,hangman" and can/pick/choose/ignore punishment for misbehavior. But then again maybe, just maybe its the signers of the clause who are the culprits, after all it is them that choose to misbehave!
Here's an interesting concept; Perhaps our elected officials should be required to sign a "behavioral clause" too!
