GOD BLESS and RIP AL, prayers for you and your family. You leave behind one heck of a legacy with all of your accomplishments in karting. You spoke and I listened to get better. You loved karting as much or even more than the rest of us on this forum. Thank you for all you did. You belong in a Karting Hall of Fame.
God's speed sir - rest in peace, you've taken the checkered flag
Al stimulated a lot of "tech talk" and was always willing to consider "other theory's". His legacy - question "why and think outside the box
Always enjoyed reading what Al posted. He was very passionate about our sport and regardless of you agreed with him or not the man had some great theories and ideas. Al was a wealth of knowledge and will be missed. Rest easy.
Rest in peace sir. I was just thinking about you this morning while watching a carb video. The guy kept using the word "SUCK" and I was thinking boy if Al was here he would set him straight.
I hope when I'm 82 I still have the passion for karting that he obviously had. Only had a couple conversations with him but he always seemed to want to help others
