Agreed.Vegetable oil, and Canola oil have a 400 degree flash point, so as long as you cook it at 350 degree you'll likely be fine. But, if you're cooking at 375ish you'll be better off with Sunflower or Avocado oil. It's mainly the cooking temps you have to watch as to which oil you use.
Sunflower, Avocado, and Peanut oil all have flash points at or above 450 degree. Sunflower is 450, Avocado is 525, and Peanut is 550+.

Nah, Turkey is already relatively high in Zinc, especially if you cook the whole bird. Dark meat has higher zinc content than white meat.Don't forget to add a couple oz's of zinc additive.
